“BE CAREFUL!”, Iran’s Foreign Minister replies to Trump
“BE CAREFUL!”, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif told reporters on Monday, a few hours after a warning of a rare virulence of US President Donald Trump against Iran.
Using capital letters like Mr Trump on the social network against the Iranian authorities the day before, Mr Zarif said: “WE ARE NOT IMPRESSIONED”, in a tweet written in English.
COLOR US UNIMPRESSED: The world heard even harsher bluster a few months ago. And Iranians have heard them —albeit more civilized ones—for 40 yrs. We’ve been around for millennia & seen fall of empires, incl our own, which lasted more than the life of some countries. BE CAUTIOUS!

On Sunday, the US president sent a message to Iranian President Hassan Rohani, tweeting: “NEVER THREATEN THE UNITED STATES, WHERE YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE CONSEQUENCES SUCH AS LITTLE DURING HISTORY, HAVE KNOWN THEM BEFORE.”
To Iranian President Rouhani: NEVER, EVER THREATEN THE UNITED STATES AGAIN OR YOU WILL SUFFER CONSEQUENCES THE LIKES OF WHICH FEW THROUGHOUT HISTORY HAVE EVER SUFFERED BEFORE. WE ARE NO LONGER A COUNTRY THAT WILL STAND FOR YOUR DEMENTED WORDS OF VIOLENCE & DEATH. BE CAUTIOUS!

“WE ARE NO LONGER A COUNTRY THAT SUPPORTS YOUR WORDS DEEMED OF VIOLENCE AND DEATH. BE CAREFUL! “He continued.
This message had itself come after Mr. Rohani had warned the US leader to “not pull the whiskers out of the tiger”, asserting that a conflict with Iran would be the “mother of all wars”.
